Today has already been crazy busy. I got up at 6AM, went to the gym, got in a solid hour of cardio, showered, came home, met with the jeweler who made my engagement ring to design my wedding band, then I went to the Somerville Winter Farmer’s Market.
Check out my haul! Local cabbage, red cabbage, and carrots. The flat parsley is from a share down in PA. I can’t wait to make cole slaw out of these guys tomorrow!
Now we’re off to our wedding venue for another walk through, to the mall for some shopping, and then out to dinner. Happy Saturday!
Also, just a tip: Here’s how I store fresh herbs. You could buy a fancy herb saver but a sturdy cup and some water will do just fine.
